The GEA community derives from the high-tech system provider GEA. The GEA community members are the GEA Group Aktiengesellschaft (“GEA”) and its globally affiliated companies. The definition of “affiliate” is used according to the ICANN specification in the ICANN New gTLD Registry Agreement, section 2.9. c as “Afiliate being a person or entity that, directly or indirectly, through one or more intermediaries, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with, the person or entity specified.”
GEA is led by an Executive Board, which is comprised of the three directors Mr. Jürg Oleas (Chair), Mr. Niels Graugaard and Dr Helmut Schmale. They are committed to of a transparent management culture that is aligned with strategic goals and the concept of sustainable development.
