The goal of the .BEATS registry will be to extend the reach of Beats in order to provide the highest-quality, most sophisticated audio products and services. The registry will allow Beats to differentiate genuine Beats products and services from counterfeits.

The goal of the gTLD is to provide users with an interactive experiecnce of the Beats brand, including giving the imprimatur of Beats’ name to authorized dealers of genuine Beats-branded products. In furtherance of those goals, .BEATS’s registry will be closed, but will allow authorized dealers of Beats-branded products space and support within the registry to promote their business.
