Applicant has researched and understands the potential problem of universal acceptability, which may give rise to situations where “college” may be perceived to be an invalid string. Applicant and CentralNic will attempt to educate the public on the issue of universal acceptance of .college and other new gTLDs. Such educational undertakings as the TLD Verification code for the PHP programming language have been initiated by CentralNic. Applicant and CentralNic intend to continue such efforts. Applicant is not aware of any significant volume of invalid root server queries related to .college and thus deems fit to affirm this string will not create any operational problems. If an issue arises, however, Applicant will investigate and proceed with a plan to resolve all issues within a timely manner.
