18(b) How do you expect that your proposed gTLD will benefit registrants, Internet users, and others?

Prototypical answer:

i. The goal of our proposed gTLD is to leverage our relationships with our corporate partners, and strengthen and clarify our relationships with them. For example, Nike, Inc., is one of our corporate partners and the exclusive licensee for sports apparel and accessories. As part of our corporate partner guidelines, we will require our partners to market, promote and sell the LIVESTRONG branded collection on a version of the proposed gTLD (e.g. www.nike.livestrong). The goal of our proposed gTLD would specialize in our corporate partners and sponsorships. In partnership with our corporate partners and sponsors, the goal is to offer the highest level of service and continue to build the highest brand equity⁄reputation with our constituents.
ii. Given that we will be using the proposed gTLD internally, we do not believe there will be issues of competition. In terms of differentiation and innovation, we believe this is an innovative approach to clarify and strengthen our relationship with our corporate partners and sponsors.
iii. In partnership with our corporate partners and sponsors, the goal is to increase the level of user experience. We believe our innovative approach will increase our constituent’s user experience by eliminating confusion and creating a consistent, dedicated Top Level Domain for LIVESTRONG-branded product. Users will also benefit from the LIVESTRONG gTLD because they will have a warranty as to the origin, authenticity, and quality of goods and services offered thereunder since our only content, products, and services and⁄or our corporate partnersʹ and sponsorsʹ content, products,and services will be available thereunder.
iv. We will only be using the proposed gTLD for internally for our corporate partners and sponsors. We will be the registrant for any and all domain names under the gTLD and weʹll allow our partners and sponsors to post content.
v. The proposed gTLD will only be offered to our corporate partners and sponsors, who are all required by agreement to be compliant with state and federal laws regarding consumer privacy. User data concerning the gTLD will only be used for internal purposes or as otherwise agreed upon in writing with our corporate partners and sponsors.
