The .QVC gTLD will be a closed single-registrant registry, and, therefore, no second-level domain names—geographic or otherwise—will be assigned to third party end-users. As the sole user of second-level domain names within the .QVC gTLD, Applicant and its affiliates will strictly comply with all GAC and ICANN requirements and will not register any geographic name set forth in ISO 3166-1 or ISO 3166-2.
