The .immo gTLD will serve a community restricted to businesses, organizations, associations, and governmental and non-governmental organizations operating in the real estate industry, while targeting in particular German, French, Italian and Catalan speaking countries (e.g. an estimate of 41 states in the world).
In these four languages “immo” is well-known short form the word meaning “real estate”:
