In initial Trademark Clearing House sunrise period, .final will operate on first-come⁄first-serve model. A second sunrise period for current .br domain owners will favor those who have registered the equivalent .br domain first. A third sunrise period will be done where contentions will be dealt with by auction.

After that, general .final registration will operate on a first-come⁄first-serve model. Abuse response and rights protection mechanisms, as described in more detail in other parts of this application, will be in place in order to keep .final a truly amazing part of the Internet namespace.

Advantageous pricing will be offered for multiple years registration, with additional years costing from 90% to 80% of a single-year registration.

Although we target a stable pricing model, we reserve the right to change prices (either up or down) following registry agreement requirements such as providing advance communication of pricing changes.
