The Applicant’s EchoStar Satellite Services segment leases satellite capacity on a full-time and occasional-use basis primarily to DISH Network; and to Dish Mexico, S. de R.L. de C.V., the United States government service providers, state agencies, Internet service providers, broadcast news organizations, programmers, and private enterprise customers. This segment uses its 10 owned and leased in-orbit satellites and related Federal Communications Commission licenses. The Applicant also provides managed services to large enterprises; and networking systems solutions to customers for mobile satellite and wireless backhaul systems. The Applicant was formerly known as EH Holding Corporation and changed its name to Hughes Satellite Systems Corporation in October 2011. The Applicant is headquartered in Englewood, Colorado. Applicant seeks the proposed .stream gTLD as a restricted, exclusively-controlled gTLD for the purpose of expanding Applicant and its affiliated entities’ ability to:
